Banana Berry Breakfast Bowls Recipe
Are you looking to start or continue to eat healthier? What better way to start than with the most important meal of the day - breakfast! These Banana Berry Breakfast bowls are packed full of goodness, topped with more goodness like chia seeds (or your seeds of choice) and best of all they taste delicious! So let's get you off to a healthy but yummy start and try out these Banana Berry Breakfast bowls!
Now I like to personally top the breakfast bowls with bananas as well but you do get enough banana flavor having it blended in the mix. In fact using frozen bananas is my favorite way to do this recipe as I like the consistency and I like it to be colder.
I've done this entire recipe with all frozen fruits and it works out well. If you don't like the berries then change it up to what you do like, it's entirely up to you. If for some reason you don't like bananas you can try putting in some plain or vanilla Greek yogurt to help get that thicker consistency. I've also done it with coconut flakes just because I love coconut and I think it tastes great!

I always have flaxseed and chia seeds in my pantry so those banana berry breakfast bowls get topped with that the majority of the time but you can put what you want on top. The chia seeds just give it that extra punch of nutrition and I like the Garden of Life of Chia Seeds or they mix of Flaxseed and Chia seeds which you can get on Amazon HERE.
As you can see in the picture we used ramekins because our bowls were too big for my daughter but I can eat a big bowl of this no problem and I don't have to feel guilty about it! There's nothing bad in these banana berry breakfast bowls, in fact I've had them as a snack too, they're good any time of the day!
