Delfin Spa the Ultimate Workout Clothes
Now that Thanksgiving is order we still have Christmas and other celebrations coming up and then of course it's the new year and along with it many who will want to make some resolutions. So what's up with this Bio-Ceramic workout clothes?
Glad you asked here's the technical 411 on them:
Their bio -ceramic shorts and tank top are part of the Delfin Heat Intensifying collection and they are comprised of a thin layer of neoprene embedded with bio-ceramic material which reflects body heat which is in the form of Far Infrared Rays (FIR). Boost workouts, enhance results from everyday activities and improve overall muscle health. The primary benefits may include: improved microcirculation to help flush toxins, increased perspiration and calorie burning during exercise, and assistance to lessen fluid in fat cells which leads to more pronounced visible cellulite. The shorts can also be worn after applying a cellulite cream to improve its penetration and efficacy.
These are the shorts and as you can see on the top left, there is even a pocket for your phone which by the way my iPhone 6 fits in there. The top of my phone sticks out but it's quite snug so it's good for when I'm walking with the shorts, I wouldn't workout with the phone in there which I don't think anyone would.

What does that mean for those of us wearing them? Well I can tell you that it really does heat up your metabolism as you're working out. It is helping you sweat it all out. You are definitely flushing out some toxins. After I've worked out with my bio-ceramic shorts and tank top and I go to remove them, they are soaked on the inside (not the outside and my skin is super sweaty where I was wearing them. Seriously I know they've made me sweat a lot more the proof is well on the skin and the clothes. Yet the outside of the shorts are as dry as can be, they are not damp at all. They do not let the moisture escape the piece of clothing so sweat was not dripping down my arms or legs well not any more than usual that is 🙂
The bio-ceramic shorts and tank top the material feels like scuba gear and it does make some noise while you're moving in the shorts, there's no way to avoid that as far as I can tell. A small price to pay to help get out the toxins and improve the circulation. The bio-ceramic work out clothes dry quite quickly too. I rinse them by hand in warm water and hang them to dry and they are ready when I need them. Ideally I'd love to have two pairs to alternate but you can make it work.
For the sizing I got the tank top in a large and the bio-ceramic shorts in a medium. I found the tank top is snug as it supposed to be but the shorts were looser. I might have been able to go down a size in the shorts but it's close. I normally wear size 10-12 in pants and about the same in a top. Now this is not to say that the shorts were too loose, they weren't but compared to the top they were looser and made me wonder if I could have gone down in size.
The body slimming shorts are not necessarily workout clothes but you will love them too.

Now I can't speak to how it works on reducing the appearance of cellulite as I don't have any, that's my story and I'm sticking to it :). However I can say without a doubt they do feel like a second skin, you can wear them under dress pants, yoga pants and well so far all the pants I've tried on. My skin does seem to feel smooth after I've worn them too. The fabric is really nice and soft and it doesn't curl or pill so yay, you'll also like that it's made in the USA yay!

These clothes sound absolutely amazing. Anything that can help your workout be more efficient is a great thing in my book. I also believe these would be a great edition to your workout if you've reached a plateau.

These sound awesome! I love that they make you sweat more to flush toxins through the skin. I haven't had the time to work-out AND spend a bit of time in the sauna due to chasing a toddler around. To, sort of, combine the two would be awesome.
