  7. my most memorable thing this summer was that I participated in my local Relay For Life ..walk for American Cancer Society. I am an esophagus cancer survivor, and am still recouperating from the surgery for it. I took my motorized scooter, but only used it to go around the track equivalent to 1.25 miles (the track is .25 miles long. I did a total of 4.5 miles in all. 🙂 I managed to raise over $500 for this cause. 🙂 I'm very proud of myself!
