Last week my throat was feeling sore and I felt like my body was fighting off something. Well I sprayed FluNada into my throat and it started to numb any scratchiness and soreness right away! Let me tell you if you use it as a nasal spray it’s going to shock you how quickly it can clear up your nasal passages. You just have to not spray too much the first time as it almost caught me by surprise how it’s like an instant effect to clear the sinus passages.

    I think that the first thing I do when I start to feel like I’m coming down with a cold is Take Vitamin C!! Then hot tea, rest, and lots of water 🙂
