Powered by Mom Brings You a Mwah Lip Balms and Lip Gloss Review
It doesn’t matter if it’s fall, winter, spring or summer it’s always a good time to have lip products in your vanity or handbag to keep your lips soft and moisturized. My lips get dried and chapped all to easily whether it’s from the hot summer sun or the dry air in my office, forced heating or the cold of winter. I always need a good lip balm or lip gloss on me at all times. Well lucky for us we now can protect our lips with Mwah products which are not only made without parabens, sulfates or harsh chemicals as they are a 100% natural formula, but they also have them in fun and yummy flavors too! All that and they sell at very affordable prices.
My daughter was also thrilled that we received an assortment of the Mwah lip products such as the lip balms, lip glosses and Mwah sliders. In addition to being free of harsh chemicals and a 100% natural formula we also stand by companies that don’t test on animals, thank you Mwah for your awesome ethics a big smooch to you for that. We also learned that all their products are produced in their 100% solar powered factory in southern California! Now that’s not something every company can boast, I’m impressed!
So how did the Mwah lip products do?
I tried the lip balms for a week and I have to say I love them. My favorite is the Mango Madness lip balm but they’re all nice, they smell good enough to eat! My daughter’s favorite is the Creamsicle lip balm but we both agree the strawberry sweetheart one also smells great. the lip balm keeps my lips very soft indeed and lasts a little bit longer than most I’ve had to use. I also learned that their special ingredient is Mango Butter in the lip balm, no wonder I LOVE these lip balms!
No wonder my lips would stay moisturized for longer! Mango butter is one of the healthiest and beneficial ingredients to the skin providing you got it deep hydration and nourishment. It also protects against the sun’s UV radiation, that kind of protection for our lips is important! You can read more about the benefits of mango butter on Mwah’s site HERE. The lip balms provide a bit of shine to your lips as well but they do not have any tint. If you want some color you can use the Mwah lip glosses.
While my daughter is more the lip gloss gal than I am, naturally I had to try them and once again I was impressed. The Mwah lip glosses are smooth, not heavy like many glosses can be, no chemical smell and it doesn’t feel like you slathered gunk on your lips either. You wouldn’t know you had it on if it wasn’t for the fact that your lips are instantly soft and moisturized and you smelled that fruit flavor!
As you can see above my daughter is holding the Berrylicious lip gloss, she put just a little bit on and so she has just a hint of color. I tried it with a bit more on and it gave me just the right tint, not too much but it added color, shine and sparkle to our lips.
Last but not least are the Mwah sliders that have such tasty flavors as Coconut Chick, Sweet Tart and Mango Tango. Once again Mango was my favorite but the Coconut one smelled great too.
The sliders are fun as well and I find I like them when I don’t have a mirror around to apply my lipstick, you just use your figure and put it on, handy and instant smoothness as well. If I had to choose a favorite I would go with the lip balms, I’m just a lip balm kind of gal but for color then you want the lip gloss. No matter which of these products you select though they all will smell soooo good and will keep your lips, soft, moisturized, nourished and protected from the sun. You can’t go wrong!
You can buy them at several stores like Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and Amazon.
