Nutrient & Vitamin Extraction

  • Ninja® Auto-iQ Technology combined with Pro Extractor Blades® and Ninja® power break down whole foods, ice & seeds for nutrient & vitamin extraction in the Nutri Ninja® Cups.

Power & Performance

  • Blades pulverize ice to snow in seconds for creamy drinks and smoothies.

Precision Processing

  • Timed, consistent, precision chopping so you never have to worry about over processing.

I was surprised at how easy it was to use the Nutri Ninja Blender System with Auto-iQ Technology. It's great having one base and you can interchange between the blender, the food processor bowl which has a dough hook and the three multi-serve cups. The only mistake we made was we thought that we would use the Frozen Drinks/Smoothies button when making a smoothie with the cups. This is not the case and it gives you an error message.

controls

Once we read the directions we found out for the cups you can use the Nutri Ninja Blend or Ultra Blend with the cups. The Frozen drinks one is for the blender.

Ninja multi serve smoothie

Speaking of smoothies here's a demo on that one and you can find our Raspberry Smoothie Recipe HERE. It's super quick because it doesn't take long at all. It was so good too. I love being able to use the cups because some days I'm just making a smoothie for myself or my daughter.

A smoothie 3

When I'm just making a smoothie for two of us I either use the Jumbo or depending on how much everyone wants or if they're on the go I'll use the 18 oz & 24 oz so we can make it and go. Love having the option and of course for a big batch I use the blender.

Up next it's the Food Processor Bowl. I decided to make Mediterranean Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Get the recipe HERE. It's super easy, cooked chicken, some of your favorite veggies and hit Pulse 3-4x took like 30 seconds.

Here you can see the full pieces of chicken with tomatoes, feta cheese and olives before we hit the pulse button.

A Ninja food processing

Now are you ready to see how quickly this gets chopped up?

I told you it's quick, a lot quicker than if I chopped it all up myself on a cutting board with a knife. I like it chunky so I didn't want it chopped up more. Below you can see a close up view of the food. You can check out this recipe HERE.

A Mediterranean Chicken Lettuce Wrap

As things were so much quicker with the Ninja Nutri Ninja Blender System with Auto-iQ Technology I also decided to make some soup the same day. Below it's in the food processor bowl. The carrots were cooked ahead of time in a broth and we added coconut milk afterwards. This is the Curried Carrot Soup that is in the Ninja Cookbook. You can see our version of the recipe HERE

This is how the soup looked after we blended it for one minute.

It's a spicy soup but oh so good! I decided to top it off with Thai Basil for an extra yummy flavor. For the Curried Carrot Soup Recipe GO HERE

The blender has both a built in blade and pro-extractor blades for the ice crushing, pulverizing power that it provides.  Below is the built in blade.
A Ninja blender blade
The long blade below fits on top of the built-in blade. You just have to be aware that when you open the top of the blender that you don't turn the blender upside down with the extra blade in it as it will come out. You need to carefully take it out. I love all the power it provides though between the blades and the 1500 Watts/2HP motor this is a fabulous unit.

We can't wait to keep learning about our new Nutri Ninja Blender System with Auto-iQ Technology and see what other yummy food we can make. If we can make all the food above in one day just imagine how many more fabulous meals and treats we've got waiting to be tried with this cool system. My tummy is in love.

  6. Ever since I started eating healthy and lost 35 pounds, I have been using the single cup attachment in my regular Oster blender. That one leaves pieces of fruit and vegetables in my smoothies and have been considering getting this ninja system. Reading this review, looks like I definitely get this one to continue making healthy smoothies not only for me but my family.

  8. I like the idea of it breaking down seeds. I love the taste of blackberries in smoothies but I don't use them very often because I don't care for the seeds. This could change that.

  9. I love that it's an all-purpose blender with the ability to actually chop, dice, and blend without worry of breaking the blades or having lumpy smoothies, etc. I've been dying to try the Ninja for years, and would love to be able to enjoy an actual smoothie in the amount that I want - i.e. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the system comes with multiple sizes of blend cups, which is great for whatever you're currently in the mood for.

  23. I really love the 1500 Watts/2HP motor that can turn ice into snow. It's hard to find a blender that will even break up ice. This machine can do almost anything. Th Ninja Nutri Ninja Blender System with Auto-iQ Technology allows you to create soups and other quck dishes. I love that I can make a pie filling in no time, pour it into the shells an just clean up one glass. I can mix the pie dough up with the dough hook that comes with this fabulous machine. I think the most important thing to me is being able to cut my time down to nothing blending and creating good healthy food.

Especially if you are counting calories and such. I also really like that I could put ice in it and it is strong enough to turn it like snow, that is really powerful. I also really love that it is so versatile, it can be used to do so many different things.
