Protein Coffee Brownies Recipe

 Need a coffee fix? Garden of Life makes some great protein powder called Marley Coffee that lets you get your coffee fix in at the same time. You can simply make a shake if you want with 8oz of water. Otherwise if you want to try something a little different, you can make brownies with them. Yes brownies how yummy does that sound?

Protein Coffee Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Scoops Garden of Life Raw Fit Marley Coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • no-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F
  2. spray a 9x13 pan with the cooking spray
  3. combine protein powder, eggs, water, oil and brownie mix into bowl and mix until smooth
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 28 to 31 minutes
  5. Once they are done, let them sit for a bit so they can cool. Serve and enjoy!

  8. I think this would be tasty using a flavored coffee or maybe an Irish cream coffee creamer. I don't drink coffee often, but when I do, it has to be flavored. I suspect it would be the same here too.

  12. Doesn't the coffee add a bitter taste? I've seen recipes using coffee.I have never tried any of them because I'm not sure how it turn out, I'm not a coffee drinker.

  13. Thanks so much for the Fantastic Recipe on Protein Coffee Brownies! In order for me to be able to make these brownies, I need to get the Garden of Life Raw Fit Marley Coffee! Where would I find such a product and how expensive is it? I would love to give your recipe a try! Both Coffee and Chocolate are my most favorite things!!!!! I'm sure they taste heavenly!!!!!!!!
