In a day and age where it seems we're always on the go and on our feet I've found that it's never been more important to take care of said part of our bodies that carry us from one place to another and to ensure that they're in good shape for years to come. Whether it's a soak in a soothing Epsom Salt bath, a spa treatment with your favorite nail professional or a few hours propped up with nowhere to go, our feet deserve the very best we can give them.

When I was given the chance to work with Therafit to review their products for our Holiday Gift Guide it couldn't have come at a better time. Co-developed by Dr.Lisa Masterson, of the Emmy award-winning series, 'The Doctors', Therafit was founded on the belief that women should embrace wellness while combining fashion in all aspects of their lives whether in work or in play! Therafit's PCS patented technology, otherwise known as the Personalized Comfort System,  is endorsed by the National Posture Institute and allows each shoe to be set to your specific comfort needs as well as to your impact specifications. Finding a shoe that works best for you and your needs has never been easier. Better still, Therafit gives back to a charity of your choice with every pair of shoes purchased; how awesome is that?

Shopping for the holidays had my feet pulling double time so when I received the Kate Women's Sneaker in Black/Silver I was thrilled! This black and silver pair features superior arch support, deep heel cups, and removable sockling insoles that lift and support your feet. They also relieve stress on your lower body with the intent to improve your bodies posture while also increasing support and and reducing foot pain. They're great for getting relief from arch pain, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, pronation and other pesky foot related problems.

They're made from durable mesh and pink trim and as an added bonus are also pretty darn pleasing to the eye. The Kate design comes in sizes 6 to 10w(ide) so whether you have tiny feet or feet that are a little larger, you'll find your desired size with no problem thanks to the easy sizing guide found on the site.

I selected a size 7 in this shoe even though I wear a 6 but due to some of my feet issues and my previous experience with some of the Therafit shoes I tend to go up a size. This way I can also wear thicker socks if I want and put in inserts, even though these sneakers have more than enough padding, sometimes I still need inserts for any shoes.

Overall I love my Kate sneakers, they're cute and comfy like all the Therafit shoes I own and even with my feet issues they always feel good on my feet. Thanks Therafit!

  1. I am a fitness professional and have never tried Therafit shoes and I have back issues so the fact that they are made specifically for these issues and for arch pain really intrigues me. Also, they are really cute.

  6. I love how cute they are! Typically, shoes that are good for you, tend to be very ugly and plain. The fact that they donate to charity with every pair sold really impresses me. I love companies that truly want to make a difference. I think with all of the help to your posture and your feet, it would probably even help with my back issues.

  8. I like that this company gives back with sales. I learned the technology has extra support and deep heel specialized design. For me, this would not just be about comfort and reduction of foot pain..I have known for over 30 years of BACK pain from an accident, and many surgeries...that back support and alignment also depends on your shoes and how your whole body alignment can be "off" with the wrong shoes. I cannot wear heels anymore at all and a really good fit of light and comfy, yet supportive tennies can go a long way to relieve back pain.

  35. My 9 year old son ran a 5K race and took 1st place. He challenged me to train and run with him in 2015. I tried to come up with any excuse but (gulp) I ultimately accepted. I learned that these shoes have extraordinary arch and heel support which is critical for me so that I can prevent the dreaded heel spurs I had a few years ago. A shoe designed for an individual's needs...it does not get any better for a fitness shoe!
