    I remember one year when I was young my boyfriend sent me 2 dozen red long stem roses and I sent him a great giant heart balloon. We went out for a romantic dinner and danced the night away!

    Last year was my best one ever. We didn’t do anything special but we were holding the most special gift of all. Our newborn baby that we were trying for for the last 7 yrs. Best gift of all!

  11. My ex-boyfriend didn’t like any of the roses they had for valentines day, he thought they weren’t good enough, so he made me an origami rose instead. I loved it, because I’m not a flower person at all and it was creative

    7 years ago my husband went to our fav italian resturant got take out, went to the $ store bought candles and candle holders, a bottle of cider, then rented lady and the tramp movie, grabbed our portable dvd player then came home blind folded me put me in the car , drove us to the the top of a dune thta over looks our town, set the food, canldes and movie up in the back of our jeep and unblind folded me. This was the most romantic Vday we have had.

    I can’t honestly remember ever actually doing anything on Valentines Day. My boyfriend is not very big on holidays and we have been together close to ten years and never have done anything on Valentines Day

    One Valentines I was very ill and I could not even get out of bed. My husband had to do everything for me. He went out on Valentine’s Day and brought home 2 dozen Red Roses. I really made me feel that I was special.

    My husband had place a card with part of a poem & rose at every place in the house that he knew I went to when getting ready for work. The cards all had things that he loved about me written on them. I think that was the sweetest thing ever!!

    my favorite memory of valentines day goes back to high school. i set up a small table with table cloth nd candles for a special dinner i prepared for my boyfriend. i got him a strawberry shortcake for desert. he gave me a silver riing. we went out for about 2 1/2 yrs. fast forward 27 yrs….i reunited with him. its been almost 3 yrs together now and we are still going strong. he still gets strawberry shortcake for valentines day and i STILL wear that ring!! its been on my finger for 30 years now. i always thought of him when i looked at it and now i am fortunate enough to be able to look at him face to face. hes the love of my life and the silver ring was always my reminder of that!!

    my fave valentines day was when my boyfriend(now hubby) picked me up after a long day at work and surprised me by having an amazing dinner ready at home that he had made himself and a hot bath with rose petals in it and candles and all that stuff. i have never been into any of that girly romantic stuff but it was really special.

    Last years Valentines Day was my fav ever. It was the first year me and my hubby ever spent not single. He is from China and they dont really celebrate it much there but he wanted to get me something even tho he wasnt sure what. He ended up surprising me with flowers, the Twilight Saga and Easter candy. Lol he didnt see the different between candys and the store already had out their Easter stuff. He felt so bad when I laughed at the gold colored foil wrapped chocolate Easter bunny but I assured him I was not laughing at him. He is so cute and sweet I love him bunches.
