  10. Wow! There is so much my family has been wanting that we can't afford. First thing I would buy is the train set my Grandson wants so badly. My daughter really needs a new lap top for college. If I hd any left, I would pay some of my Moms bills. She sure could use the help.

  11. I'm not sure why my comment didn't go through the first time....my page froze up. Ugh Here goes a shorter version, maybe that is the problem. I would buy new dentures, I'm a widow who lost everything when I lost my husband almost three years ago. I am currently living with my son and daughter in law and looking for work so that I can try and make a new life for myself. My dentures hold me back because they don't fit correctly. I rarely wear them because they are just so uncomfortable. Winning the money would literally change my life and be such a Godsend, thank you for the opportunity! Hope this comment gets through! 🙂

  12. I would love this for Christmas gifts. I have a 5yr old little boy who has Autism. I've had to quit my job (it's been about a year now), to be able to stay home so I can care for him . <3 This would help in so many ways 🙂

    • I hear that. i have a 13 year old DX'd at age 2 and a 9 year old who is Aspie 🙂 It is a wonderful experience raising our young ones after you get past the initial shock and confusion. You will be OKAY!

  13. Oh my goodness...If I won I would buy new dentures. I know, that might sound funny to a lot of people, but mine do not fit correctly and I've gotten to where I don't like to leave the house much because of it. I'm only 51 years old, have been widowed for almost three years (March 17, 2010) and would love to try and move on with my life. I lost everything when I lost my husband, house, business, vehicles, etc. I currently live with my son and daughter in law. Even trying to find a job is troublesome due to me not being able to be comfortable with my teeth not fitting correctly. This would be such a Godsend and would literally change my life. 🙂 I want to smile again and find happiness.

  14. I would get my molar fixed. and spend the rest to take my kids to Walt Disney World. They have never been anywhere and they want to go there so badly. Being a widow I just can afford nothing.

  16. I would buy my son a go pro, my other son DJ equipment, my daughter a American Doll and if anything left over a IPad for us.

  17. I could think of numerous things to spend $1000 on.... like finally a family trip to Disneyland for Christmas. For a family of 5, that's a hefty chunk of change!

  18. I would use the money to pay bills too, that way, we could use the "extra" money we had left over for savings. We're trying to build up our savings after an expensive year (bought a house and some major repairs on it and a "new to us" vehicle upgrade).

  23. If I won the $1000 Dollars, I'd use it to buy food so we can have a Holiday Dinner, I'd pay some bills, and I'd be able to buy a gift for my son, and get some things we need. That would be nice.

  24. I would use this money to buy the things needed for our new baby coming this Spring. I would get some winter clothing items for our family, some gifts for others, and groceries!

  25. I would use at LEAST half of it to go toward my gigantic pile of medical bills, then use a little bit to buy my husband and parents something nice for Christmas.

  26. My dad had a stroke and then minor surgery. Caring for him and budget cuts I lost my job. I care for him still, my brother and my three kids. Luckly my boyfriend was able to keep his job we live off of one income. I would use it to get everyone their own pillows, bed sets (yay no more sharing blankets means room to move), and get everyone something for Christmas that I know would put a smile on their face, and put their hearts and worries at ease. If only for a little bit. My son asked if he could get a real tree this year, and a Leap pad2, my daughter asked for a baby doll, my youngest is only 7months so she could really use more diapers and something fun. If there is money left over from getting everyone their needs and a few wants, I would like to get a few organizers for the bathroom, for my fathers many medicines, and for the bedrooms. Help with clothes clutter and all.
