  1. Yoga is the only excercise I can do because I need two new knees and I have to do it on the bed. It also helps with my fybromyalgia and mobility .

  2. The thing that I love most about yoga is that it allows me to decompress and calm my thoughts. I also like the added benefit of increasing strength and flexibility.

  3. I have fibromyalgia and yoga is the only thing that makes me feel better. I''ve tried many different types of exercise but yoga keeps the fibromyalgia from hurting so much and on the days that I don't do it, I feel it! I hurt. So I love everything about yoga.

  4. I love how it makes me feel. Lean, strong and grounded. It took me a long time to find an exercise that worked for me. Yoga not only is a great exercise, but it has changed the way I live my life.

  6. I love Shavasana! Lol, just kidding. I love the stretching and the relaxation that occurs simultaneously. When, besides yoga, is that ever possible?!

  7. I love the ability to relax both my mind and body. I let things get to me physically -- both from the work I do and the endless worrying. Yoga helps break me from that and helps me reset (and relax) everything.

  8. Yoga is a great time to clear your mind, focus on your breathing & relax. I always feel more centered and ready to take on the day after yoga.

  9. I love how calming and relaxing it is. When doing yoga I don't feel like I'm working out, it just feels like a treat for my mind and soul.

  10. Not entering but I just noticed that their size large fits a size 10 and I didn't check everything, but I didn't see any size XL. Just a heads up, it would be a shame for someone to win only to find out the clothes won't fit them :0(

  13. I love that yoga is a kind of deceptive workout, it can be tough but it's really soothing and feels so good, yet it really does give you a great workout!

  14. I love yoga because after a really bad car accident about 8 months ago, I am having a hard time doing my usual workouts without pain so yoga is very beneficial to not only help heal my back injuries but I can still tone and strengthening my body without hurting it
