It is a great way to workout with fibromyalgia.
Yoga is the only excercise I can do because I need two new knees and I have to do it on the bed. It also helps with my fybromyalgia and mobility .

I have fibromyalgia and yoga is the only thing that makes me feel better. I''ve tried many different types of exercise but yoga keeps the fibromyalgia from hurting so much and on the days that I don't do it, I feel it! I hurt. So I love everything about yoga.

I love yoga because after a really bad car accident about 8 months ago, I am having a hard time doing my usual workouts without pain so yoga is very beneficial to not only help heal my back injuries but I can still tone and strengthening my body without hurting it
