  2. I love to plant Sunflowers. We started when my daughter was only 4 and she loved the way they grew almost 8 feet tall. She would play in the little patch like it was a forest.

  8. I'm not much of a gardener so I actually have glass plate flowers and bottle trees in my garden. I do add some petunias as they are fairly easy to grow.

  9. We plant our little garden in the spring. This year so far we have tomatoes, zucchini and string beans ready to plant once we are clear of frosty nights. We also have an artichoke plant that is growing from last year and I am hoping that it will produce this year. We will probably get more stuff to put in the garden later depending on what we find and how it is looking.

  11. I like planting veggies! We have tomatoes, cucumbers, serano peppers, jalapenos (although I think it's a dud...it hasn't grown at all), 2 different types of lettuce, carrots, onions and watermelon planted right now! 🙂 We'll see how many actually make it through our Texas summer!
