I’m Michelle aka Powered by Mom. I’m married with one daughter, my hubby was my high school sweetheart, our two dogs Nyx and Cleo and our cat Oliver. As you can see we’re a family of animal lovers. We love to travel when we can, try different food and activities all over the world and enjoy being together. As an animal lover I also volunteer with a rescue organization called Three Little Pitties All Breed Rescue. I'm part of the cat program Three Little Kitties Saving Kitties which tries to save as many cats as possible in Houston, Texas which has a huge overpopulation fo cats and they euthanize far too many cats (and dogs) we want to change that.     I deal with customers all day long. During flu and cold season I make sure there is a container of pens so I keep my ppen to myself and keep the germs away. I also wash my hands a million times a day.

    I like and believe in washing hands. I carry a small spray bottle with my mixture of water and lemon essential oil to spray shopping cart handles and our hands often when we are out and about.

    I like the get vaccinated one because I never use to get flu shots and I was always sick. I get it now and I hardly ever get sick

    I love this tip – 30 minutes of regular exercise can help you avoid illness. Regular exercise definitely does help keep your body in shape and avoid many illnesses and diseases.

    I’ve learned from personal experience that getting regular exercise definitely helps to keep your resistance up so you can steer clear of illness. Great tip!

    One of my most favorite tips is to get 30 minutes of regular exercise daily. Since I adopted my dog and started taking her on walks- I have never gotten a cold or the flu.

    I love washing hands – great tip. I do it all the time, esp whenever I touch something gross…which with a kid and a pet, is often. My hands are so dry from the winter!

    My favorite tip is to pick up after yourself. It makes me ill just looking at used tissue laying around. Not to mention, picking up someone elses used tissue. Excuse me, I need to wash my hands just thinking about it!

    THanks for giveaway. I have used up more than 30 heavy boxes of tissues this last month (yes, that’s a lot of nose stuff!) but have been down with bad colds. Eeek, could always use more tissues. 🙂
