A baby monitor helps parents keep an extra close eye on baby!
I think a video monitor is important for parents to have because it helps keep babies safe.
I think it’s important to have a monitor for peace of mind.
My son sometimes wakes up in his crib with minimal sound, but since he's still in our room I usually sense it and wake up to get him. However, at times I have something I need to do downstairs, or laundry in the basement, and I hate leaving him up there knowing I can't see him! When he was newborn up until he started eating solids around 5 months of age he spit up regularly, and a video monitor would help us know that he was OK and if he had spit up through the night.
It is important to see what babies are actually doing or how they are sleeping
To make sure baby is as safe as can be and it also gives parents a little bit of peace of mind knowing they have it.
So I can see if he has his blanket over his face
its really important coz it lets us see that the kids/babies are doing in their room without really having to be there. Sometimes hearing is not enough its better you can see aswell
so we can see exactly what our kids are doing!
To see their movement but also peace of mind to know they are okay. Often times just because a baby is making noise they are just moving and not always needing you right at that very second.
Babies and toddlers can get into dangerous situations without making a sound! Would love to be able to see in the room without having to go in and potentially wake someone up!
Because seeing your child feels more secure
You can see everything is okay because sometimes baby can be in trouble without making loud sounds.
It is important because sometimes a child doesnt make any sound when they are having trouble.
Right now we have only a sound monitor and it really bothers me that I can't see whats going on, lucky shes still in our bedroom so not away from her much but would love a video monitor before she moves into her room.
My baby will be getting her own room soon so I'd love this!
so you can peek at the baby when it stirs and maybe not have to get up!
I think this is wonderful. It will provide a lot of peace of mind with the grands and I certainly wish I had of had one when my son was a baby. They can get into so much so fast!
I have a large old house and my baby is upstairs in the crib and I'm down in the kitchen or way down two levels in the laundry and I can't just rely on a regular baby monitor for sound, video would be so perfect so I wouldn't have to run up two flights of stairs every 15-20 minutes when I hear the faintest noise. Thank you

just to make sure everything is okay with the baby or child
My son rolls around a lot in his sleep. I'm always afraid he's going to fall off the bed when I'm up cleaning in the middle of the night.
Baby monitors are important for safety.
This particular monitor saved the life of a friends baby after she stopped breathing...they were able to perform CPR in time and she is now a healthy toddler. I am pregnant now, and will for sure be getting one of these.
So we are reassured that our babies are okay, and have the confidence to leave them in a room on there own.
Having a baby monitor with a video gives peace of mind to the parents.
Having a baby monitor is a necessity because you have to make sure your baby/child is safe!
it's vital for safety
It's very important. It's great that with the monitors, you can watch your baby no matter where you are in the house. You can get so much more done without having to check on them every 2 minutes!
To watch the baby while sleeping and if any thing is wrong
This lets you control the camera and adjust as need be to see your baby, Temperature Display so I can see if it's getting too cold or too hot in their room, If your video monitor is expandable it just means you can add extra cameras, A night light for the room is great, the range and two way talk so that I can talk back to my babies. All of these features are so important because they help me keep my children safe and protected!
Definitely gives you a peace of mind - especially if you want to check on the baby without possibly disturbing his/her sleep!
i think it is great so we can watch our babies while they sleep. so many little ones die of SIDS and i think this would help prevent it.
Peace of mind. When they get a bit older you can keep an eye on them.
so that they can keep an eye on thier littles!
It's important to be able to see the little ones at all times & if their playroom is on another floor this is great....
I've been looking through baby monitors and this one seems JUST perfect!
Because we always want to be able to see that everything is okay.
This would be great for moms that are busy and have a two story house. Can check to make sure that baby is safely tuck in bed. no wondering and running up the stairs to check on the little one.
It is nice to be able to see if the baby is calming themselves or if you need to go in to comfort them.
I love the idea of having eyes in their room! Always told my kids I had eyes in the back of my head. lol
Video monitors are important to protect many aspects of children's safety. It helps to keep an eye on your child while they are in another room and also allows for parents to keep an eye on babysitters while they are away.
It gives us peace of mind our little one is safe and sound.
Its comforting to be able to see your child in his/her room without having to open the door and disrupt their sleep.

It's not just important for parents to have this but childcare providers. I care for a four month old and when I check on him 50% of the time the floor squeaks and I wake him up! Having lost a nephew to SIDS it's important to keep an eye on your sleeping child.
For safety reasons! What if they throw up/coughing fit/get sick? You need a monitor 🙂
My daughter will lay quietly in her crib after waking up, as she gets older it would be nice to be able to keep an eye on her in case she starts climbing.

It would be great to keep an eye on the kids while they're playing as well as sleeping
just because the baby is quiet, that doesn't mean it is all fine!
It's important to be able to actually SEE your baby while he/she is sleeping. Just being able to hear doesn't really help you know your baby is ok!
We just have a voice monitor and I don't really like it since I can't see her! There's just something great when you can put together the sound with visual 🙂

i would love to keep an eye on my girls while they are napping upstairs while i'm downstairs cleaning.,,it's important for me to have eyes on my girls at all times.
I think it's important to have a monitor so children can develop their independence without being in harms way.
I think it's important because I would love to be able to have something with me anywhere in the house to make sure my kids are ok and safe.
Would love to be able to watch the grandkids when they are playing downstairs.

I would love to be able to see and not just hear my son. To make sure there's no blankets or pillows on his face! to just be able to see him and know he's ok would give me bliss peace of mind
to know our little ones are safe!!
love, love, love this! Angelcare’s world-renowned under-the-mattress sensor pad alerts parents at 20 seconds if no movement is detected.
