  11. We are currently renting a townhouse and are sort of house hunting. We found a house we love, but it needs a lot of work - it is an old farmhouse built in 1932. It needs a new roof, and the garage pretty much needs torn down and rebuilt. The layout is great and the kitchen is HUGE but the floors throughout are in desperate need of repair.
