Well…I am up and moving more lately. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but for me, that is good! I used to just lay around all day, and my depression just worsened, but getting up and making myself do things, and interacting with people….that helps!

Since my nephew who has special needs has come to live with me. We have been trying to get on more of a schedule which both of us are not use to. We got to bed at 8 to 8:30pm and wake a about 6 to 6:30am. Brush our teeth twice a day. Been trying to eat better. So just making steps to a fully scheduled day and eating a lot better.
