  15. I’ve been good since starting Jan. 3. I cut out flour, sugar and processed foods. High protein and lower carbs. I feel great!

    I just mad myself goals I want to accomplish that I will keep making more and more as I reach the goals. I dont do like resolutions but I love to set myself small and huge goals for myself.

  43. I have actually never made a New Year’s resolution before. I do always have goals that I like to accomplish though, which I guess is basically the same thing. Something that I would really like to do is spend more time on my beauty routine, I’ve pretty much given up on that since becoming a SAHM 6 years ago. πŸ™‚

  51. i wanted to practice the piano 3x a week. i missed the first week or so, but i’m on track now. i have a 5 month old who is teething, so really, sometimes, i just can’t put her down. she seems to be improving though, which provides me with a few minutes each day to practice. #momlife
