Here’s a wonderful giveaway from our friends at Earth’s Own the makers of Almond Fresh. One lucky person will receive $30 in product vouchers for Almond Fresh products! Open to Canada Only
Psst did you know that Almond Fresh has 30% of your daily recommended intake of calcium, in just one serving?
Almond Fresh also has a wonderful addition to their product line for those who love eggnog but don’t want all the fat and calories and well all the not so good for us stuff in eggnog we now have Noël Nog.
Noël Nog in my opinion is tasty however you need to keep in mind it’s not Egg Nog so it’s not a thick drink like egg nog and of course it doesn’t have the same ingredients as in no eggs 🙂 I personally don’t care for eggnog I never have and one of the reasons I didn’t like it was that it’s such a “thick” drink so not liking the flavour and then that texture doesn’t help. I do like smoothies though which can be thick too as you know but for some reason I’ve never been able to bring myself to like eggnog. Well fortunately for me I now have Almond Fresh’s Noël Nog, it looks like Almond milk and is the same consistency but it is the colour of eggnog.
Finally something I can drink and I like it, I love nutmeg and the Almond Fresh of course has a nice nutmeg taste to it so it’s perfect for me. If you’re not an eggnog lover you may just love Noël Nog like I do! At only a 100 calories and 3.5g of fat a cup for those looking for a healthier option to eggnog but you still want to be in the holiday spirit give Noël Nog a try! It’s also very yummy in a banana/Noël Nog smoothie I of course had to try it out that way.
I also have to mention if you haven’t tried it yet one of my new favourites from Almond Fresh is the Coconut Almond Milk! I love it, then again I love almost everything coconut. I know switch between Almond Fresh Coconut Almond Milk and Vanilla Almond Milk for my smoothies you can’t go wrong with Almond Fresh in my opinion. It’s healthy, tastes good and for those who can’t drink milk it’s one of if not the best option in my opinion.
Here is a recipe for Almond Fresh Noël Nog French Toast I haven’t tried it yet as we already finished our Noël Nog so I have to find some more. It sure does sound yummy though! Check out their recipes page HERE for more yummy recipe ideas.
