We were lucky enough to receive two pairs of Altec Lansing Kickback Headphones just before our big trip this summer. From the west coast to Orlando is a long day of being on planes. It takes about 8 hours in total to get to Orlando. To make it a bit more challenging my hubby and daughter were on a different flight than myself. I decided to let them each have a pair of the Kickback Headphones so they could listen to their music and/or watch a movie on the plane.
My daughter adores the color blue so she got those ones. These headphones are perfect for her as she really doesn't like ones that go in her ears. I know that for myself that after just a couple of hours of those in-ear phones my ears start to hurt. Not so with these awesome Kickback Headphones. Not only is the sound amazing but they are super comfortable to wear.
As you can see the earcups are super padded as is the headband making them a comfortable pair of headphones. My hubby was very impressed with the sound quality from these headphones. This makes it much easier to hear your music or whatever you're listening too, even over the noise of an airplane.

I know that on my previous trip which was excruciatingly long (17 hours in total to Israel) that I could barely hear my music over the noise. My ears started to hurt after only a couple of hours of wearing the earbud type ones. All of that is eliminated with the Kickback Headphones. We also wanted ones that we could plugin as you can't use bluetooth devices on flights, these were perfect for that and for storage you can take the cable out so it doesn't get bent.

These are awesome! looking I love that you can store them away easily and the pricing on these are really great when you want a good pair of headphones but don't want to pay the high price.

Love the look and how easily storable they are. My son has a bad habit of wrapping the wire too tightly around headphones when he puts them away so I love that you can remove the wire from these.
I love that the Altec Lansing Kickback Headphones are super padded on the ears as well as the headband. My ears hurt with the in ear headphones too and I prefer over the ear ones. These look nice. I love the bright blue color.
These are very sleek looking! I really need to replace my old ones. The ear padding is shredding and leaving pieces in my hair and on my face and I cant wear them in public!

Interesting you can flip the heads around so you can hear a conversation if needed. I like the idea of these for my son...I do not want him shoving ear buds into his ears.

I love the comfort of the headphones. My daughter loves headphones but II have to admit that they are all so pricey. These are such a reasonable price.

Love that the cable disconnects. Such a pain when the cable shorts out because it's connected and you have to roll it around the device and then unroll (repeat) and then you've got yourself a short 🙁

These are sleek in style and zlso my don would love them. He has ear problems and as u statrd they are padded and comfortable. He hates tge in ear ones. Its also nice he eould be able to hear me also while lidtening to them. Rather then screaming..lol. Thanks for the giveawsy. Fingers crossed!!?

We do regular road trips and the noise from our old minivan is overwhelming. These look comfortable enough to get through a movie or two and prevent some fights.
These look well made and like they would last a long time. Mine get a lot of use and usually don't last long.
The padded headset fits comfortably over the ear - a better solution than earbuds if they are being shared

Thank you for your review! It was very informative. I like that the headphones are comfortable. It's not fun to have your ears hurt while trying to listen to music. I like the in-ear ones, but some definitely make my listening experience less enjoyable. With these, I wouldn't have to worry about my headphones falling out of my ears or having any pain. I love that even the band is padded. I also like how easy it is to use them and store them. Being able to rotate the earcups, fold them up and remove the cord to them away means it'll be less likely that they'll be broken. I have two kids so that is definitely important. I am impressed by how great you say the sound quality is. Usually, high quality means that they are very expensive. Fifty dollars isn't bad at all. Last but not least, they come in BLUE!! Blue is my favorite color and I would not mind showing off a pair of these. They're a really nice shade of blue. 🙂

I like they are padded enough on won't hurt your ears when wearing. I have 5 kids who love listening to their music while I watch tv, could be a bit quieter with these
ha ha i like that they look old school. i used to have a pair this style and they were super comfy. I like how they are nicely padded.
They look so comfortable and it looks great. The microphone and song navigation/telephony buttons are a great feature.
I like that the cable comes out for storage and could be replaced. I have thrown out a couple of pairs now just because of cable problems.
I like that you can wear them for an extended period of time and they dont hurt your ears, and the fun blue color.

These Altec Lansing Kickback Headphones are just what I need because listening to music is my only daily sanctuary of time when I have the peace to do whatever I want to and enjoy my 'alone' time, so these would be super comfy while I get these moments to myself!
I love that they have the removable cord that is especially important from someone like me that breaks headphones like they are going out of style. I also prefer these for long trips because the earbuds fall out and just produce this weird pain in the ears.

I love the fact that these headphones are super padded around the ears and look so comfortable. I would love to win these for my son, but he would want to use them for video game play. I know that he had some wireless headphones, but they are no longer working. If he doesn't like them because they aren't wireless, then I will use them for listening to music.

These look very comfy and like that it has a microphone and that you won't miss a call when wearing them and you can chance track as needed, how they rotate and are very well padded . They are not very bulky and come with a carry case and they sound like they work very well.
I would love to take this with me, when I travel out of town.

I use earbud type earphones when running but they can get uncomfortable for long time use so I like using padded ones like these for indoor use, listening to audiobooks and such.
So knowing they're really comfortable is a plus since audiobooks are hours and hours long. 🙂

I think the design looks pretty handy and the colors are nice. I'm a big blue fan but I think I might actually like the white one's better. I'll have to give these a try if I can find them nearby, since I'm in need of a new pair of headphones since my old one's got wrecked! 🙁

These are perfect!! I love the soft cushions on the ears for kids and for anyone with sensitive ears. You also don't have to worry about it going IN the ear and collecting earwax. I I love the blue!

These headphone look great! I love that there is a built in microphone and that there is a carrying case! Sometimes you just can't wear them around your neck to bring them with you. They look super comfortable and I really like that ear piece can actually turn away from the ear!
