My favorite tip is drink water. It is something I remind myself to do so I stay hydrated.

I like the tip about staying hydrated. People think it’s not as important in the winter but the dry air can cause misery.

I just try to drink more water and get daily walks.

Working out doesn’t mean having to go to the gym. Take a walk around the neighborhood and look at the foliage or rake those leaves. That is a great workout and don’t forget sunscreen in the fall and winter as well.

Drink Water can not be stressed enough. It’s so very important. Something I am working on. Whenever I do drink more water, I notice that I have a lot more energy 🙂
