- 1 Banana (frozen is fine too)
- 1 packet of frozen Acai pulp
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup of quick oats
- 1/2 cup milk (less or more depending on the consistency you’d like)
- Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour in a bowl(s) and top it off with the berries, sliced banana and all the seeds you like.
