While we don’t have any top athletes here at my house, we do have times when we need to replenish our electrolytes. There are times such as doing yard work and sweating a lot, it’s easy to get dehydrated. And, what about those times when you are sick with stomach troubles. It’s very easy to become dehyrated. The orange mango is my favorite, it’s tangy without being sour, they all taste good and I like that they are not overly sweet as I”m not a fan of super sweet drinks! There is a flavor for everyone!
