Bookaboo Kids Show Premiers on Amazon Prime
Bookaboo Kids Show is fun and entertaining for the whole family
I love Amazon and how they are giving viewers more and more children’s programming. One of the shows is a British preschool show called Bookaboo. The Bookaboo kids show premiers on Aamzon Prime Video October 28th in both the US and the UK. You can get it on Amazon Prime HERE.
Find out how Powered by Mom team member Katrina’s daughter loved the Bookaboo kids shows below!
I have been able to take a look at the series and I have to say it’s so cute, and my 4-year-old loves it. The show combines some of her favorite things; reading and music.
Bookaboo is a dog, but not just any normal dog. He has a band that performs all over the world. The problem is; Bookaboo can’t play until he reads a story. In each episode Bookaboo tries to find some way to avoid performing. A celebrity guest brings in a book. This book then comes to life. Each story helps Bookaboo get his “bojo” back.
I mentioned a guest celebrity, these are people like Paula Abdul, Antonio Brown, Emily Van Camp, Molly Parker and so many more.
I love how this show is showing kids that reading is cool, and when you use your imagination, nothing is impossible. Lucy Goodman created this series and is produced by Happy Films and Sinking Ship Entertainment. In a recent interview, she said “We’re thrilled to be working with Amazon Prime Video to bring Bookaboo and its important message to families all across the country.” Bookaboo has been in the UK since 2009, and since in other countries. Having it be a part of Amazon Prime Video, will make it available to so many kids here in the US. My daughter is already loving it, and I’m sure others will too.
As soon as I brought out the drum and other instruments Fallon got really excited and wanted to be just like Bookaboo and his band. We invited one of our friends over as well. He’s little, but already loves books and was mesmerized by all the instruments. Fallon had a blast showing him how to play the drums and how to hold the trumpet.
I hope you check out Bookaboo, and if you do, please come back and let us know what you thought.
Now onto some fun, check out Bookaboo kids show, it will entertain the kids, keep them giggling and it’s just a ton of fun.
