Step up your smoothie goodness with this delicious Coconut Matcha Smoothie!
It’s no secret that I love coconut anything, seriously anything but when you add it to a smoothie it’s simply divine. Then combine that with some pineapple, avocado (hold judgement you will love it just wait) and the benefits of Matcha powder you will have one seriously nutritionally packed delicious smoothie! Trust me on this don’t go eww at some of the ingredients you have to try it first because remember when blended some ingredients are what you taste and some you don’t but you can reap the benefits of all of them!
Now for those sceptics out there let me tell you a quick story about a green smoothie that wasn’t the color green. Way back when I discovered the endless nutritional benefits of smoothies I knew that in order to get my picky daughter and sceptic husband to consume them I had to cover the color of the green.
This smoothie is so yummy I promise 🙂
They were green because I was using either spinach or kale because of the nutritional benefits but if I had served them that way to the family they wouldn’t have touched them. So I added blueberries and it came out purple pink, they drank it, they liked it, had no idea it had spinach or kale and the rest is history. Now I don’t have to hide the color because they have both experienced the benefits of these nutritionally packed smoothies. However it’s always my goal to not only make them nutritious but delicious too so hence the Coconut Match Smoothie.
Enough of me going on and on here’s the recipe! Also if you like the recipe make sure to click where it says yum below just before the picture!
