My secret to staying fit & fabulous is eating a plant-powered diet and getting outdoors for some exercise. Biking and hiking are my favorite activities.
Fit and fabulous? Let's just say I'm a work in process and I do best with regular exercise. I feel better, I look better

At my age, (and we won't mention that) I find that taking a long walk three times a week helps me to start losing weight, and keeping it off too.

Honestly, it's a daily struggle. But I try to get up early and exercise as well as watch what I eat.
Staying active through exercise and being active in generally is one of the keys for me along with limiting the fatty snacks to minimum.
I drink plenty of water and I make sure to change up my exercise routine when I start to get bored with it!
