In one word what I think of the Deborah runners that I received from Therafit and that is WOW! Actually I have several words, light, comfortable, cushiony (is that a word? lol) and amazing! I selected the runners in black and white since they will go with most of my wardrobe. I do love the other colors they have and was very tempted by the pink and black ones too. It was like getting a gift look below at my package 🙂

Many of you may have read before that I have issues with my feet and legs due to my arthritis. This makes it very difficult for me to find shoes of any kind that I can wear and walk in for more than an hour. I am very happy to say that after wearing these runners several times over two weeks anywhere from two-five hours my feet love them! Usually any shoes will start to chafe, or I get blisters or the most common thing for me when walking or standing in shoes for a long time I feel the pressure on the balls of my feet which then get very sore and then I can't walk. Not so with my Therafit runners!
This diagram gives you an idea of the technology behind these amazing shoes

You can also check out this video to see why they work so great! http://youtu.be/HxFzE8JU55A
The technology and design work as these are by far the most comfortable pair of runners I have ever owned and I've owned several pairs from various high quality brands. My feet swell due to my arthritis so I did get these shoes a bit bigger than my normal 5.5-6 size and I was told they fit small so I got a size 7. This size worked and I couldn't be happier. Now if only I could wear runners all the time I would be a happy camper as I would definitely wear my Therafits every chance I get!
They look as good as they feel 🙂

  1. Should I just totally be giving up all hope of winning these? I was hanging onto hope that you'd have to pick a new winner and it be me. Just curious if you were successful in contacting a winner. Thanks.

  3. For my overall wellness, I've improved my family's eating habits, increased my water consumption and attempted to exercise more. It's hard though because I have severe asthma so it's a vicious cycle - exercise brings on asthma attack but lung function will improve with more exercise.

  4. I have not started doing anything yet. A diagnosis of degenerative arthritis of the spine 3 months ago still has me reeling. I had really believed that when we finally got a cause for the horrible pain and fatigue.....then we would know what to do for a cure.... I never imagined there would NOT be a cure. They simply loaded me up on pain pills..

I am sorry, I'm not sure where that came from and I apologize if I inappropriately vented....

  11. I do not drink anything except water. This is something I've started this year and I took a drink of Mt. Dew a few days ago and it tasted horrible!!! Something I used to love was just horrible! I also walk, do nordic track and zumba at least 3 times a week.

  18. i was so unhealthy, I had the gastric bypass lost 184 lbs I eat very small meals now and try to keep them as healthy as I can since I can only eat just so much it is hard to squeeze in my proteins and veggies so if I miss one at one meal I tend to wait a couple of hours and squeeze a bit more in. I drink a lot of tea and water, and totally eliminated soda. I walk as much as I can every day and I keep happy thoughts. doing the later enables me to follow through with all the others.
