I recently received the 11" Copper Chef Casserole Pan and I have to admit I'm impressed. I don't have to you use or butter to cook with this pan and nothing sticks to it. It's a breeze to clean and it's a large and deep enough pan that I can cook anything I want in it. In fact the Copper Chef pan has 6 in 1 cooking features! Here are the six features:

  1. baking dish
  2. rice cooker
  3. roasting pan
  4. steamer
  5. stock pot
  6. wok

The Copper Chef pan has become my go-to for cooking as it's easy to clean and large enough to hold anything. The first thing I made in it was a one pot pasta. Not only did I have enough room to cook the sauce and the pasta I had extra room.

I cooked the meat first in it, then drained the fat, added the tomato sauce and spices and then put in the pasta to cook away. One pot and so easy to clean afterwards, it's become a favorite meal in my house now. The pasta in the sauce came out quite yummy too as you can see below.

How does it work?

The stainless steel induction plate is perfect for any cooking surface and the pot is heat resistant up to 850 degrees! In addition to cooking big batches of pasta, chili and more

I also love recipes now that go from the stove top to the oven. I would avoid those in the past because I didn't want to have more dirty dishes than necessary. With the Copper Chef Casserole Pan I don't have to worry about that, in fact I made quite the delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole that way. It was so good that I didn't even get a chance to take photos before the family gobbled it up!

I was able to snag a photo of our chili cooking in the Copper Chef pan!

It's the first pan or pot that I've not had anything stick to it. I love it when clean up is easy as that makes my life easy but I love it even more when we have delicious food on the table.

The Copper Chef site also has a ton of recipes to share to give you inspiration from everything to tantalizing appetizers to scrumptious desserts. Up next to try on our list is the S'mores Cake shown below! The possibilities are endless when it comes to your Copper Chef Casserole Pan! I can't wait to try some more of their recipes.

How did we like it?

If you haven't guessed already I LOVE it. I've also done a tasty stir-fry in it and toasted some chicken in the oven. I can't wait to try and make some desserts and a pizza in our Copper Chef pan. I also noticed that they always seem to have some great deals on the already very reasonably priced pans so make sure to check out their site and see all that they have to offer HERE.

  1. I love the versatility! My favorite thing though has to be the non-stick feature - since so many casserole dishes involve cheese - this is vitally important!

  3. I love that nothing sticks to it. I'm so tired of babysitting the stove and continuously stirring so things don't stick. I would feel spoiled having this pan. Is it heavy? At first I thought that 11" sounded small but it looks deep so that's a great space saver in the cabinets too.

  16. I love copper pans. They are so easy to clean and don't lose their "non-stick" surface after a few uses like most non-stick pans. I have an electric stove, and the heat distributes really well throughout the pans. If I could change one thing, I'd prefer all round pans, instead of square.. but that's me.
