I grew up with a menagerie of various pets. When we lost our last cat to illness, we were petless for over a year…not even a goldfish! That was so weird and pretty lonely. For my birthday, we adopted a brown tiger tabby tomcat from our local animal shelter. Geddycat is unlike any other cat we’ve ever had; he sniffs EVERYTHING and he has super-sensitive hearing. His purr seems to be the same decibel level as a B-17 bomber and he drools heavily when he is extra lovey-dovey. He is also quite entertaining and amusing with his antics.

I do have pets (a dog and cats)! The cats spend a lot of time on our screened porch, and in the Florida heat, I always add ice cubes to their water bowl out there. I would just have too much fun with these ice cubes!!!
