January 16, 2015 at 5:32 PMI did most of my Christmas shopping at Kohl’s this year. I returned one item today from a $250 order and they took all the Kohl’s cash off from that one item even though the one item only earned 2. So, lesson here is to buy in increments of $50 or so so they don’t take all your Kohl’s cash if you need to return anything. I mean, what’s the point of doing the promo if they take it all back and you don’t get rewards from all the stuff you kept? I’m not a happy camper right now.
