DOLE No Sugar Added Fruit Bowls are a Wonderful Snack
With the holidays fast approaching many of us may be indulging a bit over the holidays, making us feel a wee bit guilty afterwards. However no need to worry you can pick up these wonderful snacks that are NOT loaded with sugar as these fruit bowls contain all-natural Dole Fruit packed in water and sweetened with monk fruit. Available in two varieties, Diced Peaches and Mandarin Oranges, with Pineapple coming soon. The grab-and-go bowls make them a great on-the-go healthy snack.
I like having these fruit bowls around to have with cereal, oatmeal (yum) and yogurt. I’ve also used them to add moisture and flavor to muffins. Naturally they’re also a fabulous snack to put in lunch bags, in fact my 13 year old daughter usually grabs one for her school lunch. What’s not to love it’s fruit and has just 40 calories or less per bowl! They’re handy to have around and have a good shelf life not that we’ve tested that theory as they don’t last long around here. They are one of my favorite snacks as I can add it to so many foods to give an extra boos of fruit and taste.
My favorite way to eat them is just like I have done below with vanilla yogurt oh so good! The peaches are my favorite but we all like both the peaches and mandarin orange ones.
In fact I’ve put the mandarin orange ones into salads with nuts, everyone goes crazy for that salad as I also use the juice for the dressing with a bit of olive oil and vinegar. They are a budget friendly snack and you even get a coupon to save more on the Dole site HERE. So remember if you overindulge this holiday season you can make up for it by having some Dole No Sugar Added fruit bowls! Enjoy and happy holidays!
