We recently received both the Eye-Vac Home and Pet to try out and I couldn't be happier about it. We don't have any carpets in our home and between the leaves, endless amounts of pine needles, and the cat and dog hair our floors always have some sort of fluff or debris on them.

How Does A Touchless Vacuum Work?
All you need to do is sweep the debris into a pile in front of the Eye Vacuum, then it will begin sucking it up. It's that easy!
As you can see in the photos above, we swept up a pile of hair and pushed it in front of the touchless vacuum. The Eye Vac Pro went to work right away and didn't leave a single hair behind. How cool is that?

Is the Eye Vac loud?

What do you have to do to set up the Eye Vac Home Touchless Vacuum?
The only thing you will need to do is plug in the eye vacuum and it is ready to go. Because there are no vacuum bags or anything like that, it's effortless to set up.
How often do you have to empty the Eye Vac Pro?
I thought I would be emptying the canister every day for the Eye-Vac Home but on average it's only every 2 weeks.
With the Eye-Vac Pet because it's in the high traffic areas with the dogs etc... It's more like a week and a half.
They're easy to empty. You just pull open the top and lift out the canister, dump it and go. Easy peasy!
Is the Eye Vacuum heavy to move?
They are both quite light. The Eye-Vac Pet weighs 15.6 lbs and is a little heavier, but still easily moveable. I do recommend if you have multiple levels in your home to purchase more than one Eye Vac Pro. Then you don't have to worry about lugging it up or down the stairs.

Wow I need this pet vacuum at my house. With 4 dogs it's mainly the shedding but also everything they bring in from outside. And speaking of hair stylist, when I went for my haircut a few days ago I watched her use one in her office. These are amazing.

This is great! I have three bulldogs and the cleaning is ridiculous. It is all the time and trying to get the fur up and off the floor just seems impossible. Dustpans are clumsy. I think this would be a great solution.
This is great. I loved this when I saw it at my hairdresser. It would be so helpful to have in the kitchen. Having 5 cats and 2 dogs makes fur cleanup a neverending chore. This would be such a big help.

I've always wanted one of these type things in my home --- the salon where I get my hair cut has something like this and it seems so easy. With our four dogs and two cats, all the hair, dust, dirt and litter scatter can just get sucked into the Eye-Vac. No more bending and annoying sweeping into the dustpan!

I like that it is portable and not too heavy. I like that it only has to be emptied about once every 2 weeks. I have one dog so one machine should be adequate.

This thing would make life so much easier in guinea pigs room! We are forever sweeping up stray hay, fur and "goobers" and the kids are always misplacing the dust pan.

I love that you can sweep everything in the front of the vacuum and it will suck it up. Sometimes it is difficult to sweep everything up in the dust pan.
I love that it auto senses when debris breaks the beam. I have a bad back and kneeling down to get the dust pan is painful for me. Plus a stationary vacuum system is great since with something like a roomba that's just another thing you can trip over all g with your cats.
As a person with multiple cats I think this is amazing! My question is does it have any impact on odor? Since it kind of cleans the air seems like it would

There should be one of these in every household. Can you imagine how helpful it would be to an elderly person or someone who has difficulty bending over? Or, I might add, to someone like me who just HATES chasing that last little stripe of dirt with a dustpan. I want one!
I never even knew such a thing existed and I need it so bad! 2 hairy dogs and 1 hairy cat! It would cut my Saturday workload of de-hairing the house tremendously!

I learned how it works by sweeping dirt to it. I wasn't sure if it was similar to an air filter. Also learned that it's HEPA & easy to empty.

We have 6 INDOOR rescue cats and while I love each and everyone of them and it’s a heartwarming experience knowing we adopted from rescues…. it still VERY exhausting keeping up with all of the hair and such! It feels like it’s all I ever get done in this house and its still FURRY!

I think from this review that this would be awesome for us. We would have it in the Kitchen where all the traffic is. We have American Eskimo dogs and they come and go from backyard via the slider in kitchen. We all enter our house from the garage which comes in at the Kitchen. Would save on so much sweeping.
I too hate sweeping because not everything gets picked up with the pan. so the fact all i need to do is sweep it close and this magnificent gadget does the rest of the work for me, awesome!!!

Until I read this review, I had no idea that there was any such thing as a touchless stationary vacuum. I love this idea! It is annoying when I sweep the floors to have to try many times to get everything in the dust pan. Convenient, easy, practical! I want one! @mariasmusings
WOW! Amazing! We have many pets (cats, dogs, birds, hamsters) who have lots of hairballs and we have kids who are always dragging dirt onto our carpet. This would be a great way to help me keep my house clean and my vacuuming to maybe only one or twice a day!
The only thing I can say is theres no little line that never makes it into dustpan! Every little dust particle is sucked up!!
Hair is everywhere--mine or my cat. You simply can't get it all up. And dust itself is so fine it won't fit on a dustpan. You just have to sweep it under the rug because you (or at least I) can't get it to go on the dustpan that has a mind of its own. Nice invention.

This would be so incredibly handy near the litter box. I can't put a mat down under it where it's sticking out at all because the little turd goes #1 on it. In turn, the mat has met the trash can and litter ends up EVERYWHERE! It's always such a mess. This would make clean up SO much easier!
I've never heard of this brand but this is AMAZING! That little bit of dust left on the floor after I sweep into the dust pan drives me insane!

My house is all hardwood floors, so I do way more sweeping than vaccuuming. This looks like a real worksaver.
The HEPA filter and auto sense are top features for me. I find myself sweeping and vacuuming multiple times a day with a toddler and two dogs so ensuring the dust, crumbs, and hair are actually being sucked up and not blown around is so important.

I feel like I am vacuuming several times a day with 3 cats and a dog on wood and tile floors. I am glad this amazing machine is portable because I want one in every room! The fur seems to congregate along the baseboards so a quick sweep around the room and this to vacuum it in would be wonderful I am glad the canister holds more than a day or two of sweeping.

I love the fact that it is so lightweight! I could move it from room to room! I'm constantly sweeping, vacuuming and mopping but fur still rolls by like tumbleweed.

This would be so much easier than trying to maneuver a vacuum around things (I don't care how much they claim a vacuum will get things to the side or wherever, it never gets it all). It's pretty easy to sweep the loose cat hair, litter, etc, but getting it all up with a dustpan never works out either. This combines the best of both methods.

This vacuum is awesome! I have 3 long haired dachshunds and hair is a part of life around here. This vacuum could keep my house looking so much better and cleanup would be a snap. Just sweep as usual but instead of trying to use a dust pan, just sweep the debris in front of the Eye-Vac and it is gone! All of it sucked up inside of the canister. The Eye-Vac also has a HEPA filter, too. This would be a wonderful addition to my home.

I'm exactly the same way about not wanting to drag out the vacuum cleaner every day - and every day it really needs to be (not that it is). I have four dogs and between all the shedding hair, dirt, grass and leaves tracked in, and dust in general, my dark laminate floors always look a mess! I love how small the Eye-Vac is and that it is so easy to use.

I have never seen one of these before and with 4 cats and 3 dogs I know this wold be use a few times everyday. HEPA filtration is so important too with being able to have good filtration is important clean air after cleaning with a hepa is what i look for in a vacuum . I like that you dont have to bend down to clean just sweep it all in and let it do the work of suckin up all the hair our pets shed everyday.

This vacuum sounds very handy and I could sure use one it seems. Between my three dogs, hubby, and grandkids our floor can get really dirty quick. Dust, dander, and fur balls everywhere. The Eye-Vac Pet is just what I need.
I like the fact that it can pick up so much! Also the fact that it's always on but stays silent until the sensors tell it dirt is nigh.
I love this product, we live on acreage in the country and a lot of stuff gets drug in the house especially by the Husband. We also are expecting a new puppy soon so this would be great for all the future dog hair in the house.

I don't mind sweeping as most of my floors are laminate but the dust bunnies stick to the broom and this would eliminate me having to touch the dusty, hair, pet hair, with my hands. One swoop infrared. This is amazing! No touch is what it's all about!
This vacuum is great. Not to have to pull out a broom and dustpan all the time for the dog hair would be a time saver.

This would be so great to have the litterbox messes! We use natural wood litter and it is so lightweight it gets tracked everywhere. I swear I can sweep and it still slips past the dust pan. This would be a great solution to get every last spec off the floor!
IF this really works like you say..boy that would be awesome as other brands in this catagory don't do what's claimed ..so, while I've been wanting one..I've held over for technology to catch up..

I was hoping they traveled and that they did carpets, rumba's don't work that well. It would go great in my kitchen where the dogs come in and out with the dirt and leaves. Do they pick up kitty litter that is on a hardwood floor? That would be so helpful as it ruins vacuums and I have to get out the shop vac every day. Would love to try one!
I'd love to keep this in my kitchen. I hate sweeping, mostly because as you said, it's hard to get everything swept up and I hate having to break out the vacuum every time. This is a great solution.

I love these vacs and they are perfect for getting the dirt up and not have to drag out my vac, it is hard for me and this would be perfect for me to keep my floors clean without killing myself with a vac every time
All I can say is Wow! This is amazing! With two large labs with long hair...we have hair everywhere. We are always cleaning the floors. This would make it so much easier than pulling out our vacuum every night. I love you have not had to change it for almost two weeks!!!

I have never heard of a stationary vacuum before now. This would be wonderful to pick up the hair from our 2 dogs.
With four cats and three kids in and out all the time, I need this! I hate using a dust pan, it's minor but it's such a pain in the butt. I can't use a Roomba because one of the cats is a serial puker, but this would be the next best thing. Love it.

Oh I love this so brillant I really need one of these with rheumatoid arthritis and failed back surgery I can't bend down. When I sweep I leave it in a pile until my husband gets home. Love how you can bring it to any room to use .

Oh gosh that hepa filter would be nice and yes I hate dragging the vacuum out to just to try and keep up with the hair and dirt my kids and dogs drag in everyday on my hardwood floors and it never does a great job. I love that this would help me so much to stay on top of it and may even be able to get the kids to help!
I have a lot of dust bunnies in my home! I would use this in my living room area first where the front door is. There is so much dust and dirt in that area that always needs vacuuming. It would be terrific for cat fur also! I am glad it has a HEPA filter too.
This sounds like the perfect machine for my kitchen or den I have a dog and two cats, the fur and crumbs are endless, I am always sweeping up.

This is such a brilliant invention! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so anything that allows me to not have to bend over constantly is beyond helpful. And just like you said, it is impossible to get it all swept into that pan. This is definitely something that is now on the top of my wish list!
Oh at first I thought what is this? I see now it's like a dust pan but without having to use one which woukd be great when I clean my elderly mother's home, she has 3 cats and no carpet and yes that stuff is almost impossible to get in a pan, then make it to the trash without it flying lol. Plus I have a bad back and bending to sweep into the dust pan so much isn't fun, this woukd be much less painful. Thank you.

I’ve never seen an apparatus that would suck up hair and debris like the Eye Vac. I’m a retired disabled master cosmetologist. In the old days, they made vacuums integrated into barber stations to suck hair off clients. I thought that was cool. These are way more advanced since they can catch up anything you throw at it. Hair, fur, cat food that I drop on the floor everywhere, coffee I have to sweep up. It is a remarkable do it all vacuum. I like that it has HEPA filter too. Most vacuums blow out cat litter and debris while I vacuum. That’s the worst. Stupid cat litter particles everywhere. So unsanitary.
I love that this doesn't have to be emptied everyday! With 4 cats in the house the fur is endless.

How amazing! I have an endless time of keeping kitty litter off the floor and sweeping alone never seems to help. Sweeping it close enough to the sensors and having it sucked in would be fantastic!
This vacuum is simply amazing, I love that its hands free and so easy to set up and start using. I know with my cats running around I am always sweeping hair up. this would be wonderful to have.
