    I try to eat fresh fruits, and I top my dinners with flaxseed meal, for the double benefit of fiber and omega 3. I also like an occasional bowl of oatmeal.

    Trying to eat right!! Not much on proteins or carbs though. Never did appeal to me. I usually stick to raw fruits and vegetables.

    I take a table spoon of powdered fiber daily. It is tasteless and not gritty at all. I need to use it because I’m not much of a fruit and vegetable eater.
