It is Professional Grade Blender!
It’s another wonderful review from Powered by Mom team writer: Missy!
Foodies. That is what people that love to eat and cook are called. At-Home Chefs is another term coined. To be a good at-home chef, foodies want the best materials and ingredients to work with. The Harley Pasternak Power Blender is a professional grade blender with an amazing look and amazing power.
My husband is culinary trained, so I’ve seen some of the neatest kitchens and have a behind-the-scenes idea of what it takes to make food like chefs do. He’s always telling me how to cook things the “right” way and telling me what I do wrong in the kitchen. It’s annoying, but I understand why he does it. He loves food and wants it to taste good.
Recently, I’ve started practicing with recipes, changing them up and adding my own flare to them. I have started making foods that I don’t even eat, just to change up his menu. With the Harley Pasternak Power Blender making new things is fun because you can just feel the power behind the motor.
I made homemade roasted mild salsa in my very pretty purple power blender and it turned out wonderful! It was so easy to use, with only two controls…on and pulse. It can’t get any easier than that! My tomatoes pureed so easily, there were no hang ups, or missed veggies. I couldn’t believe how easy and smooth it was.
The Harley Pasternak Power Blender, powered by Salton, is professional grade, has an 8 blade blending system and a 2 HP 1500 watt motor. It blends, crushes, emulsifies, chops, purees, liquifies whole fruits and veggies, ice, frozen fruit and nuts. It also can prepare hot foods including soups, sauces, and dips in minutes.
Many folks think the only thing you can make in a blender is a smoothie. I’m here to tell them they are wrong. Not only does it make the greatest salsa EVER, you can make things like peanut butter, salad dressings, pancake mix, smooth soups, hummus and ice cream. I know that there are thousands of recipes out there that call for blending of some sort that a traditional blender or food processor just won’t hold up to.
Try the Harley Pasternak Power Blender for yourself and see if your salsa comes out as nicely as mine did. Oh, and I didn’t have the husband help me at all….I’m not saying he didn’t stand over my shoulder the whole time. But he didn’t lift a finger! Maybe I can be an at-home chef….
