Be a healthier you starting in 2014 with Garden of Life’s Primal Defense® ULTRA the Ultimate Probiotic Formula coupled with this amazing immune supporting supplement their Herbal Immune Balance Daily. It is the Immune System Support for Year-Round Wellness. We all know that this time of the year that there are so many colds and flus going around that we have to protect ourselves as much as we can and Garden of Life can help to do that!

Powered by Mom and family know how helpful making probiotics and immune supporting supplements can be to our every day health. We try to make it a part of our daily routine as we’ve experienced what a difference taking them can make. We get sick far less and when we do get sick we recover a lot quicker, it has to be a part of your daily routine though in order to reap the benefits.

We really noticed the difference when we got a bit lazy this holiday season and we weren’t as diligent with taking our supplements. Sure enough my daughter got a cold and just before Christmas she had a fever, coughing and now laryngitis, eek. Hubby and I also started to feel ill and have been fighting off colds and more I’m sure, this only seems to happen when we get too busy or lazy and forget to take our probiotics and immune supporting supplements, they really do help a lot if you remember to take them on a regular basis!

Primal Defense ULTRA contains probiotics that are critical in maintaining good health, many are present in a lot of foods and their main purpose to help you have good digestive health. A  healthy digestive system can help in so many ways, overall healthy, immune support so you don’t get sick as often and so much more!

Herbal Immune Balance Daily combines the ancient wisdom of traditionally used herbals and organic mushrooms with exciting emerging science surrounding whole food ingredients like fermented yeast, Epicor® and Vitamin Code® whole food vitamins and minerals. Contains 500mg Vitamin C, 2,000IU Vitamin D3, 100mcg Selenium and 5mg of Zinc and MORE!

Garden of Life uses only top quality ingredients that are GMO Free all geared towards natural and healthy support for you and your body! To find out more about either of these products or any Garden of Life product go to their website HERE

Now TWO lucky winners will each receive a set of the Primal Defense Ultra and Herbal Immune Daily Balance to help them be healthier this winter and all year long!

I have a compromised immune system so I really don’t have a choice! I am not a fan of my current probiotic so I am very interested in this one!

Having an immune deficiency makes it tough to stay healthy and maintain a good gut. So I do my best but I don’t blame myself if I can’t go to the gym. Eating right is crucial to my gut health.
