    I wash my hands allot! And i use hand sanitizer at stores they have available before i even touch a grocery cart. I also wipe off the toddler seat because who knows what could be on it!

    I do weight bearing exercises to keep my bones from thinning, take my vit D and enough Calcium, balanced with Magnesium.

    To stay healthy? I eat a lot of healthy foods, watch my weight and blood pressure, and try to remember to take vitamins to help me if I don’t get the total nutritional value I need. (I often don’t- I work retail and forget to eat!).

    Best rule of thumb- for every cup of caffeinated beverage, drink at least 8 to 12 ounces of juice or water; this lessens the strain on your kidneys.

Happy #Easter everyone. Hubby & I went camping and Happy #Easter everyone. Hubby & I went camping and just got back. We took both of our dogs with us and we think we broke them 😆 #CleoTheDog & #NyxTheDog were both soooo tired by around 8:30pm each night that they would go to our trailer door & look at ys waiting to be let in 😁 while we continued to enjoy our campfire 🔥It was great to unplug there is no cell service let alone internet where we go so we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We are lucky to live in #BeautifulBC.
