  1. I have never owned a pressure cooker before. If I was fortunate enough to win this terrific giveaway, maybe I would fix spareribs & saurkraut or maybe the rice pudding (I remember my mother fixing it). Thank you for the giveaway! 🙂

  2. I really don't know because I've never owned one and never really planned on it- we eat a lot of chicken so some kind of chicken dish?

  3. I love roasts right out of the pressure cooker, it doesn't matter how tough the cut is, always fall off the fork tender in a pressure cooker.

  4. I'd make my grandmother's pressure cooker pot roast recipe (if I could pry if from my mom's recipe book..she guards it very closely!)

  5. My grandpa use to make soup beans in his pressure cooker. Not only were they delicious but it cut the time in half, if not more. Id make beans or roast/potatoes.

  6. Well, definitely a pot roast, Irish Stew, the Rice Pudding and the Custard recipes (Nesco site) - to name a few for starters... Thanks!

  7. I've never had a pressure cooker but it's been on my wish list for a while. I think my first attempt would involve some sort of roast, or maybe a stew.

  8. I would try chicken. There used to be this little mom & pop type restaurant that had this chicken, it looked like fried chicken but they said it was made in a pressure cooker. It really was some of the best 'fried' chicken I've ever had. So I would look up a recipe for that and I'd try it.
    Best of luck to all.
