Delicious and Healthy Smoothies
Dairy-Free Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie
We love smoothies because they are so versatile, easy to make, healthy and delicious. You can make so many healthy smoothies that you will love, the possibilities really are endless. We have so many healthy smoothies to share that there’s bound to be something for everyone. Today’s smoothie recipe is a dairy-free option but you can easily substitute the almond milk with milk if that’s your preference.
I love making different smoothies depending on my mood that day or even what I have in the fridge or freezer. We try to be prepared so we can make our choice of healthy smoothies any time by freezing ripe bananas, stocking up on berries when they’re in season and then freezing them for the rest of the year. Don’t forget smoothies don’t just have to have fruit in them, you can add kale, spinach, flaxseed, chia seed, protein powders and more. Whatever your preference.
I also love almond milk in smoothies so I thought this would be a great time to make a dairy-free raspberry cheesecake smoothie! the ingredients are simple and what could be easier than throwing everything into a blender?! Let’s get on to this smoothie recipe shall we?
