I love making different smoothies depending on my mood that day or even what I have in the fridge or freezer. We try to be prepared so we can make our choice of healthy smoothies any time by freezing ripe bananas, stocking up on berries when they're in season and then freezing them for the rest of the year. Don't forget smoothies don't just have to have fruit in them, you can add kale, spinach, flaxseed, chia seed, protein powders and more. Whatever your preference.

Healthy Smoothies Dairy Free Raspberry Cheesecake SmoothieI also love almond milk in smoothies so I thought this would be a great time to make a dairy-free raspberry cheesecake smoothie! the ingredients are simple and what could be easier than throwing everything into a blender?! Let's get on to this smoothie recipe shall we?

Healthy Smoothies Dairy Free Raspberry Cheesecake SmoothieIf you have fresh berries of course use them but we know we can't always get fresh berries, hence why we freeze some to save for those times of the year for our healthy smoothies. If you use frozen berries you can cut down the amount of ice cubes to be used.

  1. Pinned and planned! Just going to add chia (per suggestion) and swap out the raspberries for blackberries. I'm a blackberry junkie. LOL!

  3. I made this smoothie this morning. It's delicious. It has lot of calcium and protein from the milk and yogurt, which is what I need right now for my broken foot to heel. I will continue to make this recipe. I am going to try it with blueberries and strawberries too.

  7. We just got a new blender for making smoothies. I'm looking for recipes just like this. It calls for 2 TABLESPOONS of vanilla. Is that accurate? I've never used so much vanilla in a recipe. Please advise!
