- 2.5 Ounces Dairy and Lactose-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- 6–7 Pieces of Ice
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Combine all ingredients in
blender starting with your yogurt and liquids, ending with your ice. Don’t add in the honey with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend well. Add honey. Blend again.
- Serve immediately.
