    Every holiday season, I look forward to my mom’s famous Snot Finger cookies. The recipe was tweaked from Pillsbury’s Pistachio Cream Cheese Fingers, but that was too hard to say when my sister and I were little, so we nicknamed ’em Snot Fingers. And the name stuck.
