Homemade Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe
These peanut butter brownies are ooey, gooey and have the perfect amount of sweetness to cure your cravings. A simple, easy homemade treat!
Ingredients
- 1 Family Size Brownie Mix
- Ingredients needed to prepare the brownie mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter - softened
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 squares of almond bark
Instructions
Start by preparing the peanut butter balls. Beat together the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. The mixture should be like a cookie dough, if it’s too crumbly, add a little more peanut butter. If the mixture is too sticky, add some more powdered sugar. Scoop tablespoon size balls, roll them and place them onto a sheet of wax paper. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Prepare the brownie mix, according to box directions. Fill the mini muffin pan ½ full and bake for about 15 minutes. Your toothpick should come out clean.
When taking the brownies out of the oven, immediately smoosh a peanut butter ball onto the top. Allow the brownies to cool for several minutes, in the pan, before removing to a cooling sheet.
Once cooled, melt the almond bark in the microwave according to directions. It will only take 20-30 seconds. Using a fork, drizzle the chocolate across the peanut butter brownies. Cool to set the chocolate. Enjoy!

Chocolate & peanut butter what more could you want. The only problem is the peanut butter balls, rolling them and setting them aside. While making the rest I would be reaching over and popping a ball in my mouth. Then sounds easy enough that even I could make them
