Ingredients

  • 1 Family Size Brownie Mix
  • Ingredients needed to prepare the brownie mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter - softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 squares of almond bark

Instructions

Start by preparing the peanut butter balls. Beat together the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. The mixture should be like a cookie dough, if it’s too crumbly, add a little more peanut butter. If the mixture is too sticky, add some more powdered sugar. Scoop tablespoon size balls, roll them and place them onto a sheet of wax paper. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Prepare the brownie mix, according to box directions. Fill the mini muffin pan ½ full and bake for about 15 minutes. Your toothpick should come out clean.

When taking the brownies out of the oven, immediately smoosh a peanut butter ball onto the top. Allow the brownies to cool for several minutes, in the pan, before removing to a cooling sheet.

Once cooled, melt the almond bark in the microwave according to directions. It will only take 20-30 seconds. Using a fork, drizzle the chocolate across the peanut butter brownies. Cool to set the chocolate. Enjoy!

  2. These brownie bites look delicious. I'm going to try them and put them on my Easter Dessert Tray. Our family loves chocolate and peanut butter. I hope I can hide some so we don't eat them all.

  6. Chocolate & peanut butter what more could you want. The only problem is the peanut butter balls, rolling them and setting them aside. While making the rest I would be reaching over and popping a ball in my mouth. Then sounds easy enough that even I could make them
