honeywell True Hepa Tower Allergen air purifier button

Spring is here and Summer is on it's way hopefully bringing warm weather, outdoor fun and more. Unfortunately with both these seasons it also means more pollen in the air along with other allergens that trigger hay fever symptoms in those who have allergies. Fortunately Honeywell has the True Hepa Air purifier to not only help allergy sufferers but benefits everyone by not only reducing 99.97% of microscopic allergens such as pollen, dust, smoke, and pet dander as small as 0.3 microns it ALSO has a , a premium carbon pre-filter to help reduce unpleasant household odors and reduce certain common household gases! Wow I think everyone could use an air purifier like this whether they have allergies or not!

I have had allergies since I was a child and let me tell you it's not a lot of fun. I used to get the red, swollen puffy eyes, the itchy nose, it was so bad I used to go home from school because I couldn't function. I had about the worst hayfever reactions you could get and the antihistamines back then there was no such thing as non-drowsy. Fortunately things are better today, my allergies in comparison to when I was a child are not as bad but and I don't get those red, swollen eyes nearly as often.

The main reason that my allergies aren't nearly as bad as they used to be is because I take more preventative measures such as using naturopathic items that help to prevent the symptoms, along with a few other things as well as having a good quality air purifier in my home. I have to admit that up until earlier this year  I had been without an air purifier for a couple of years and then of course I noticed my allergies were starting to get bad again. Uh oh I didn't want that happening again so we got an air purifier and put it in the main living area of our home. This was great and I started to notice an improvement right away however, I work from home and realized I needed an air purifier where I spend the majority of my day my office.

Fortunately I was luck enough to receive the Honeywell True Hepa Air Purifier picture below!

This air purifier is so quiet I forget it's there and better yet it has a true HEPA filter that captures up to 99.97% of microscopic allergens, 0.3 microns or larger! Oh yes it's taking care of my allergens including the ones left behind by my cat. I know, I know I'm allergic to cats and I have one that's how much we love our Oliver :). That's how well the Honeywell Hepa Air Purifier is working for me that I very rarely have any allergy symptoms since I put it in my office. I also LOVE that it has an activated carbon pre-filter helps reduce unpleasant odors so this air purifier is great even for those without allergies!

It's easy to use and it does the job, how many things do you own that can get rid of 99.97% of unwanted allergens? Probably not many if anything. It also has 3 settings with higher fan settings so when it's warm I turned up the settings and used the fan to cool things down as well as the higher the setting the more the fan blows. Compared to other hepa air purifiers the Honeywell one is also very reasonably priced especially for all that it does!

This air cleaner is ARB Certified to comply with the federal ozone emissions limit. The Tower Allergen Remover has been AHAM Certified for use in rooms up to 177 square feet. Its certified CADR ratings are: 110 for smoke, 125 for dust and 130 for pollen.

  • Has manual controls, 3 cleaning levels, and an electronic filter monitor.
  • Circulates room air up to 5 times an hour.

Overall I give my Honeywell Hepa Air Purifier 5 out of 5 stars for keeping my allergies at bay, sleek design, great functionality and reasonable cost.

  10. Best part of Summer for us is the time we get to spend together and explore our area. The kids love it, they are learning and it can be done around their standing weekly appointments. Awesome time in our house!

  11. To be honest with you, there isn't much I like about summer time. Living here in New Orleans during the summer months can be trying and down right miserable! I heat is extreme and the humidity is killer. We don't have the beach here anymore because they closed it to swimming. I really can't say anything good about a Louisiana summer. Sorry!
