  1. It's important for children to exercise so they will experience nature and all of it's beautiful wonders. Today most children are left to sit behind a computer or TV and that is not healthy at all. If we spend more time with our children, we wouldn't have to worry about other people and things influencing them.

  2. It's good for kids to get exercise, it helps them develop better physically and mentally. if they exercise, it burns up their energy and it helps them rest better at night also and exercise is overall good for everyone

  7. It's just as important for kids to exercise as adults to stay healthy. If children start exercising at a young age, then they are more likely to continue exercising and remain healthy.

  8. I have seen children get more and more obese as years have gone by. It's saddens me to know that they will be teased and hurt by other kids. I had a friend in middle school who was devastated by the actions of other kids and in high school she killed herself. I don't mean to be a downer, but it's not all fun and games.

  9. It's important that they excercise now to avoid health problems in adulthood. Good habits from an early age can prevent diabetes and many other health issues

  10. It's very important. There are so many overweight kids because they just sit around. I make my kids go out and play. It's healthy and hopefully will stay with them through age.

  11. I think that having healthy habits as children that they will carry them onto adulthood. I also think being phisical helps their mental performance too.

  12. It's important because its so easy in this day to sit your kids in front of video games or electronics to "baby sit" them and get them out of the way. It's easier to let them sit on games and electronics then to hear them whine about having to go outside and be bored. They need exercise because electronics and lazy parents breed lazy fat kids. My three kids go outside daily for at least an hour and they get Xbox or tablet time 2-3 times a week depending if they get their two chores done for the week and have been good in school. We have rules and standards put in place to raise healthy happy kids and it works, kids need exercise, praise and structure and guidance. Its actually really simple.

  14. Because it affects their health for the rest of their lives. Kids spend too much time in front of the TV and video games these days. Exercise is more important than ever!
