Immune Health Starts in the Gut

LoveBug Probiotic Support Keep the Family Healthy

With the epidemic of overprescribed antibiotics coming to light more and more people realize that their digestive systems have suffered for it, one of the best ways to combat the negative effects are with pre- and probiotics. Did you know that scientists now know that most of our immune system starts in the gut?

It's true! So one of the best ways to keep your overall health in good condition is to support your gut and immune health with Lovebug supplements. They even have a line for babies 1-day-old to 4-years-old. They make another formula for the 4-year-old kids and up. Adults will love their formulas tailored to specific needs. All of their formulas are great for supporting your immune health. Immune Health

What the &$!#% Is Going On?

Immune Health

Did you know that the current generation of children is the first generation to have predicted shorter lifespans than their parents? How sad is that? Modern medicine is a great thing, but once we find something that works, we seem to stick to it despite growing side effects.

Antibiotics are wonderful and often lifesaving medicine. However, all of us are consuming many more antibiotics than we typically know of. 80% of all antibiotics prescribed in the USA are for cattle that become the beef we eat. So unless you are only eating certified antibiotic-free meat, you're ingesting antibiotics every time.

Constant exposure to antibiotics has been detrimental to our health in two ways. For one, it leads to antibiotic resistance, which I have personal incredibly painful experience with. Second is the overall weakening of our immune health.

So What Can We Do?

Immune HealthThe best and first thing you can do is to arm yourself with knowledge. I knew from experience too many antibiotics were not good but LoveBug's website taught me the exact statistics, and they are frightening. Second, do your best to minimize exposure to extraneous medicines and chemicals.

Buy meat that says "Natural" means next to nothing. USDA Organic is healthier but can still be exposed to antibiotics for the animal's health. And any brand can slap an "antibiotic-free" label on the package and have it not be true. So you need to look for "USDA Process Verified" seal along with "No Added Antibiotics/ No Antibiotics Administered" to be 100% sure.

Any meat with the American Grassfed Alliance label is also guaranteed antibiotic-free. Food Alliance certified meat was never given growth hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. This means the animal still may have gotten antibiotics if it got sick, but otherwise never had any.

We also need to be aware of when antibiotics should be used to treat an illness.  It's estimated that 50% of antibiotics prescribed to patients are actually not needed or useful, and you can imagine how many of those are for kids.

Rebuild Your Health

Immune HealthThe last and most important thing we can do is rebuild our immune system and overall health. LoveBug probiotics help with that. I used to get sick so often; I was sick (usually with a sinus infection) more than I was well. A single sinus infection could last up to 16 weeks, and I got them 2-3 times per year. The first things my allergist did were to get me on a good probiotic and antacid. For chronic sinus infections. Because your immune system normally fights off infections like those sinus infections and it starts in the gut.

When I learned that I immediately got my kids started on probiotics as well. I figured most of my bugs came home with the kids from school or being out and about with other kids. Mothers know what germ magnets they are. And if I can help support their overall health by helping their gut, I am all for it. My kids rarely got sick before, luckily, but have not gotten sick at all since starting Lovebug probiotics and taking them every day.

Effective

Immune HealthLoveBug Probiotics are 15 times more likely to deliver the needed probiotics than standard capsules. Their BIO-tract® delivery technology ensures that as few organisms die before reaching your system as possible for the greatest benefit to your health. Each probiotic supplement is a proprietary probiotic blend, with every strain selected for its specific benefits. Like the Colds Suck probiotic blend. With probiotics, zinc, echinacea, and vitamin C, they help support your own immune health to fight back against nasty bugs. It helps us feel better faster with 5 billion active cultures in 4 strains.

Easy

Immune HealthThey are also exceptionally easy to take. My 3-year-old gets her regular Tiny Tummy probiotics as a flavorless powder in her drink. She doesn't even know she is taking them! She gets 15 billion active cultures in 8 different strains. Since she is still growing and developing her immune system, she needs more than older kids.

Another fun and tasty way to give your kiddos this flavorless powder (or you can crush the pills for the older kids) is to put it in something like a smoothie or how about this tasty Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Berries Recipe. If anyone has nut allergies you can try our Overnight Oats with Yogurt and Berries instead.Simple Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Berries

My 8-year-old swallows whole pills daily, but these are nothing for him. The Little Ones probiotics are SO tiny. Only 6mm in diameter. My 5-year-old has no history of swallowing pills and he manages these with no problems. They get3 billion active cultures in 5 strains. They are all also made without sugar, gluten, nuts, dairy, GMOs and other undesirable ingredients for simplicity and peace of mind.

And right now you can get 20% off all LoveBug Probiotics on Amazon! Simply go HERE and then enter code: EHXBUBNG at checkout. This code is good through July 31, 2019.

  10. I never made the connection with sinus infections and me eating yogurt now daily! My sinus infections have all but disappeared since I started eating a yogurt daily during the school year when I am working! Think I am going to continue now that we are out for summer! Would love to add these in for the immune support from those pesky colds I still occasionally get!

  11. I just read an article the other day about probiotics and how they are helping cancer drugs be more effective. I also see too many antibiotics in things - it shocked me enough that a couple of years ago after reading about the amount of them in cattle, I stopped eating beef. So glad that these products are available to help right some wrongs. I'm going to give the 'Here’s The Skinny' a try.

Also, since I haven't been eating any fruit, and thus almost no vitamin C, I am probably in dire need of immune support as well, and even more so as we transition in the fall and winter seasons coming up.

  48. When I had my stem cell transplant, for a cancer I had called Multiple Myeloma (it is in remission), my body’s chemistry changed. I was now allergic to penicillin and my immune system was really bad and weak. A couple of my doctors told me about the different Probiotic pills. Well, I can attest that these pills helped me! But there wasn’t a whole lot of different pills available then. I am so happy that they have a smorgasbord of pills and for all ages! I saved money by not having to buy so many meds and doctor visits!
