  10. I’ve been seeing some interesting recipes for cheesecake “baked” in an Instant Pot, so I think that would be what I’d make first. I’m interested in trying the Yogurt function, too.

    I think I would go with ribs or pasta sauce. Those take a long time to make and really heat up my kitchen. It would be great to make those in a shorter amount of time and to keep the heat down in the kitchen during the summer.

  77. This is so hard, I’d probably make something easy first, like chili or a meat dish. However, the reason I really want this is to make homemade yogurt for my family. I’ll probably have to work up to that.
