I would exercise more this month.
I quit smoking in February because both my parents were diagnosed with cancer. It has been a struggle, but I have to be around to care for them, as well as my children (and man child hubby)!
More veggies!

I am adding a salad a day to my meal so before I have anything else I will make sure I have a healthy salad.
My Small Change for this Month is going to be me walking a little more each day. I am parking at the end of the parking lots to walk a lil farther for a healthier lifestyle. Im going to keep doing this!!

stop drinking sodas.

take walks during my lunch break and get up from my desk and stretch more while I'm at work.

to lead a healthier life I need to drink less soda and drink more water, I have been working on this and doing much better maybe have 1 or 2 sodas a week now, so working on getting rid of them..

I've been trying to focus on drinking more water. I got into the bad habit of drinking too much root beer.
I have stopped snacking just before bed.

Not everyone has the capabilities to do the Instagram, I/e/ the smart phone, tablet or whatever... I did the best I coulfd.
