For one, I would be saving a lot of money at the grocers’ buying premade sweets. I would end up making home made breads, cookies, cupcakes, cakes and the likes on a daily basis. Probably enough so that I would be sharing them with the few friends and neighbors I have/know.

I could make whipped cream fresh at home! I would use it a lot for cookies. I love to make cookies and there are some I avoid because the strength to mix the dough by hand gets to be a bit much. There are actually a lot of things where a high powered mixer makes all the difference in the world.
