Powered by Mom blog prefers laser hair removal to shaving, waxing and well everything else!
If you’re like me you finally found the best hair removal system ever and that’s laser hair removal! Trust me I’ve tried everything else out there from sugaring to waxing to shaving and none of them were anywhere near as effective as the laser hair removal. Of course there are tons of hair removal systems out there so you need to do your research not only on the type of system they’re doing but make sure to find out what you can about the spa or treatment center you are going to have the services done.
You want a system that is of course non-invasive and designed to eliminate hair from all parts of the body. Also though did you know (because I didn’t until I started to research) is that some laser hair removal systems can only be performed on certain skin types. Some can’t be used on darker pigmentation etc.. You also in my opinion want one that has the laser light going through a cooling process or ones that have a cooled hand piece and definitely ones that don’t cause any damage to the overlaying skin.
I was lucky enough to find what I needed and what was extremely effective for me at a local spa. It was so effective that for certain areas that I originally started the laser hair removal I don’t need to have it done on those areas any more. That happened after only 6 treatments that I also got for a great deal through some deal sites, I was very lucky because I did my research and it paid off. Make sure to take a look around and find what works for you. Now that said I did notice a Boston Laser Hair Removal center online that met all the criteria so if you’re in that area you may want to check them out!
Good luck and I hope you find one that works for you!

I have been curious about laser hair removal. I too, have tried waxing(ouch!) bleaching, creams and the never shave again device (HAH!) That thing smoked and burnt my skin and then it broke. I’m running out of options.

I read that they’re now investigating into the plumes of black smoke that enter the air once hair is zapped – it apparently contains a lot of very harmful toxins, so be careful!

depends on the type of laser hair removal and your sensitivity to it. I’m more sensitive but the more I went the less it hurt.
