Powered by Mom Blog wants to join the Country Club!

Okay I'm having a bit of fun, I've not been thinking about joining a country club however, after reading a bit more about the PUBLIC Loch March Country Club if I lived anywhere near our country's capital of Ottawa I would definitely stop and visit Loch March!

I love the pictures I've seen of the Loch March Golf & Country Club, the picture above is simply stunning and shows off what a beautiful country Canada is and all there is to offer in the Ottawa area for sure. I love that the Loch March Golf & Country Club is exclusively public, those are their words and I love that. If I lived in the area this could be a "Country Club" that I could afford. The reason that we and well anyone else might be able to "afford" it is that they no memberships, no initiation fees, no annual dues or minimum account requirements! Yes this is sounding more and more like the place for me 🙂

How wonderful that a place with such beautiful landscaping is open to the public all the time, come and use their services when you can. I know lot of golfers I think they would be in heaven if they could go to Loch March and not have to pay membership fees etc..

I love pictures of this Country Club, it's absolutely stunning in the Fall!

If you live close to the area or might be visiting take Loch March up on their offer to come by and check them out, they promise they have numerous options and a great value. Even if you don't golf it could be a great place to have lunch or dinner. I know some of the best meals I've had have been for business meetings and country clubs/golf courses. I know if I'm ever in the area I'm stopping by Loch March if nothing else to take some pictures of their beautiful grounds!

Do you golf? We would love to hear from people!

  2. That is a beautiful country club. I'd learn to golf if I had access to such a beautiful place. I'd probably take more pictures that hit golf balls.

  4. Beautiful. I used to live near a pub;lic golf course and it wasn't 1/2 as nice looking as this. I wouldn't even consider having my lunch there or a business meeting for that matter. The "club house" looks more like a double trailer than a lovely building. The Loch March Country Club sounds great.

  5. What a great way to run a country club, by making it available to anyone in the community, not just the wealthier. A great example of love thy neighbor.

  7. Wow, those photos are so pretty! Looks just like a cabin I saw on tv last night. They were showing the insides of the most beautiful log cabins imaginable! I would love to see this in person.

  8. Loch March Country Club Exclusively Public looks like a place I would love to visit one day. The fact there is no membership fees is an almost unheard of thing nowadays.
