Welcome to the Chocolate Cicily Tote Giveaway!

Sponsored by Maggie Bags, Hosted by Mom Does Reviews!

About Maggie Bags: Maggie Bags are made using genuine automotive seat belt webbing built to meet government safety standards to protect you for the life of your car. Due to these high standards, millions of yards of seat belt webbing are rejected by automakers each year. Maggie Bags uses as much of this rejected seat belt material as possible in our products. Availability of rejected seat belt webbing can vary greatly therefore some webbing must be purchased new to meet the growing demand for our unique and stylish bags. However, our commitment to use re-purposed seat belt webbing whenever possible remains steadfast.

  1. As my son has gotten older I have found many things over the years. When he was little I would find his hot wheels and lego guys. Now I find his caprisun and snack leftovers. I told him when he grows up and gets married he will be lucky if he finds a girl who will let him store his snacks in her purse. That is usually when he tells me that he is never leaving me...

  2. My daughter's clothes, my husband's wallet, my son's wallet, my mom's sunglasses.

Seriously my purse is never really just my purse - it is the family purse. I am thinking about making my hubby start carrying a man purse - mine are getting too heavy! lol

  4. A hairband. After looking forever for one I finally just ran into a store along our trip route and grabbed some......I found one when I was looking for change for drinks at the McD's next to the store.

  6. LMBO! Our cat's "baby". It's not a real kitten... it's a small granny square that I crocheted a long time ago. It was in my 'scrap yarn' bag. For some reason our cat got attached to it, and she carries it through the house 'Mroooooo- ouuuuw"- ing in a low tone but very loudly. She's not fixed so I assume she may be in heat. She treats it like a baby. I have found it in my purse a couple of times.

  7. I don't know if others will find it so funny but I often find toy cars in the bottom of my purse. I guess the funniest part is when I pull them out when my kids aren't with me and play with them..LOL

  8. Retainer from teens mouth (EW!), dirty tissues, crayons (I have a 14 year old and have NO idea how those got there), chewed gum...nothing too odd, though.

  9. The funniest thing I have ever found at the bottom of my purse was a clump of year-old poprocks (out of the packaging, of course!)

  10. My daughter put some beer bottle caps in my purse that fell out when I was looking for something else during a doctor's appointment!

  11. I once found a Star Wars figure that was missing a hand, a piece of a pretzel, and my son's underwear in my purse. Thankfully, the underwear was clean, but that was a shocker.

  12. I've found everything from Barbie dolls to Legos in my purse. But the best by far was my granddaughter's Christmas gift - she wanted to give me a travel cup, so she cut one out of paper and floored it to look like a vanilla latte. She even tried to put on the coffee logo. It was adorable!

  13. Toys and Crayolas! Not mine.... my grandkids. Somehow they found their way into my purse while I was with them but didn't find these items until days later.

My son liked snakes he was always trying to scare me with one imagine my surprise when at the store I open my purse and stick my hand in to grab my wallent and got grabbed, my son is rolling around on the floor laughing, and the sales girl is trying hard to quiet her giggles. When we got home, I had him go to his room and told my husband what had happened, we both broke down laughing, but in the future will be more careful about just sticking my hand in...

  15. It's always only funny in retrospect - but in the bottom of my purse I am constantly coming across things that I have spent hours, sometimes even days or more LOOKING for - including in my purse...

By it I mean everything from tickets, phone #/msgs, IDs, lipstick - you name it - but things just disappear in my purses and then magically reappear later - just when I'.m not or no longer looking for them. It has to be either cosmic or karma ... but I'm sure I am not alone in experiencing this phenom...
